General Terms and Conditions for Sandra Feildboy Artwork
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Sandra Feildboy Artwork,
Vorm Lehmsal 11, 27383 Scheeßel, Germany (hereinafter “Seller”).
They also apply to all future transactions with customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All artworks, prints, handmade pieces, and goods are created or curated by the Seller.
Minor variations in color, texture, or materials are possible due to the handmade nature of the products.
4. Conclusion of Contract
By placing an order on the website, the customer submits a binding offer.
A contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order via email confirmation or ships the goods.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is carried out to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Customs duties or import taxes may apply for international shipments and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to EU law.

9. Warranty
German statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 ff. BGB).
Handmade items may show natural irregularities that do not constitute defects.
10. Copyright
All artworks, images, and designs are the intellectual property of Sandra Feildboy.
Reproduction, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
11. Liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability applies only to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
12. Dispute Resolution

The Seller is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
13. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG)
2. CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL POLICY (WIDERRUFSRECHT)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
– We will refund all payments received from you (except extra shipping costs for non-standard delivery).

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Custom-made artworks
– Personalized items
– Digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase
